Aligned Wealth Strategies and Dreams Tarot ("we," "us," "our") operate the websites manifestmagicstudio.com and dreamstarot.com (collectively, the "Sites").

Failure to review these Terms and Conditions and our Disclaimer (available at checkout and in the footer of all webpages) does not release you from being bound by them.

Aligned Wealth Strategies™, Dreams Tarot™, and Dynamic Decision Framework™ are trademarks exclusively owned by Aligned Wealth Strategies.
All content on the Sites — including text, images, downloads, videos, branding, and AI-generated outputs — is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise licensed (such as through Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) when explicitly stated), you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Sites, products, or services without written permission.
3. AI-Generated Content and Tools
We use artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in creating content across our Sites, including but not limited to website pages, blog posts, emails, newsletters, product descriptions, sales pages, and digital tools. This includes both text and image generation. We also create and sell, as well as act as a licensed distributor for, custom AI tools and assistants, including GPT-based applications.
All AI-generated content is shaped, edited, and curated by our team before publication. While we strive for accuracy and clarity, AI tools may occasionally produce content that is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. AI-generated images are for illustrative purposes only and do not depict real people, places, or events unless explicitly stated.
These tools are non-human, dynamic, and may evolve over time. They are not substitutes for professional advice and should not be relied upon as factual or complete guidance. Use of AI-generated content or tools is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any information provided.
4. Digital Products, Licensing, and Usage
All digital sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. This includes downloadable tools, AI assistants, templates, digital courses, and coaching.
Unless a product includes explicit MRR or PLR terms:
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share our products as your own.
MRR and PLR products, when offered, will include their own specific rights and limitations, which must be followed exactly.
5. Payments and Security
All transactions are securely processed through trusted third‑party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full credit card or banking details. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Chargebacks: You agree not to file unwarranted or abusive chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback contrary to these Terms, we may invoice you for the original amount plus reasonable recovery and collection costs where permitted by law.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Sites is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your personal information. We only share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to operate our business and deliver our services—for example, payment processors, email marketing platforms, or contracted service providers assisting with site functionality. These third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and are not permitted to use your information for unrelated purposes.
We may use cookies, analytics tools, and tracking pixels to improve your user experience and measure site performance. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in each message.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aligned Wealth Strategies (d/b/a Dreams Tarot), and our owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Sites or breach of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools such as the ChatGPT platform by OpenAI. We are not responsible for the policies, content, or functionality of third-party platforms.
Your use of any external site or tool is solely between you and the third-party provider. You are responsible for reviewing their terms and policies.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us. If unresolved, the matter will be handled through binding arbitration in South Carolina, unless you qualify for small claims court.
