This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership, permitted use, licensing, and protection of content, trademarks, digital products, and AI-assisted materials made available through the Sites.

All AI-assisted content is reviewed, curated, and meaningfully directed by our team prior to publication. Copyright is claimed in the final human-directed compilation and presentation of materials to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AI-generated images are for illustrative purposes only and do not depict real individuals or events unless explicitly stated.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit AI-assisted content from the Sites without written permission.

4. Trademark Protection

The following marks are proprietary:

  • Dreams Tarot™

  • Dynamic Decision Framework™

All related logos, taglines, designs, and brand elements are protected by trademark and unfair competition laws.

Unauthorized use of our trademarks, service marks, or branding materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Digital Product Licensing

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all digital products are licensed, not sold. The specific rights granted depend on the license accompanying each product. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the license terms provided at purchase.

You may not grant, transfer, or imply rights greater than those explicitly granted to you.

A. Personal Use License

Products labeled Personal Use are provided solely for your individual learning, inspiration, or internal business reference.

You may not:

  • Modify for resale

Personal Use licenses do not permit commercial exploitation.

B. Commercial Use License

Commercial Use does not grant the right to resell, redistribute, transfer, or sublicense the product itself unless explicitly stated in writing.

C. Private Label Rights (PLR)

Products labeled Private Label Rights (PLR) may be edited, customized, rebranded, and republished as permitted under the specific product license.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • PLR does not include the right to pass on resale rights

  • Your customers receive the finished product only

  • Your customers do not receive licensing rights beyond personal or commercial use as defined in the accompanying license

All PLR usage must comply with the individual product’s license terms.

D. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Products labeled Master Resell Rights (MRR) may be resold in their original form with the same resell rights granted to you.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • MRR does not permit editing, rebranding, or converting the product into PLR

  • You may not modify licensing terms

  • You may not grant broader rights than those originally provided

Each MRR product is governed by its accompanying license agreement.

E. License Supremacy Clause

If there is any conflict between this Policy and a specific product license agreement, the specific license agreement controls.

Failure to comply with licensing terms may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that material on the Sites infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material (including URL)

  • Your contact information

  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

  • Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or Aiken County, South Carolina if outside the U.S.)

We may restore removed content in accordance with applicable law.

7. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy at any time.

Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
