I'm Stephanie Sexton, and I know what it's like to rebuild from the ground up.
I rebuilt a '71 Chevelle Malibu with my dad when I was a teenager, learning that beautiful things take time, patience, and the right tools. Years later, I rebuilt my entire life after divorce while raising my son and commuting to nursing school without a car. I worked countless 12-hour night shifts in trauma ICUs and mental health units, holding space for people in their most vulnerable moments while learning to hold space for myself.
There's a moment I'll never forget: my toddler son picking up my phone and placing it in my hand while he played. He saw it as part of my body. That afternoon changed everything. I put the phone down, got on the floor, and we built Legos together. It was my first real lesson in presence, and it sparked a complete transformation in how I show up for my life.
One summer day after a rainstorm, that same little boy asked if he could jump in a massive puddle at the park. My first instinct was “no.” Mud, mess, extra laundry. But I paused and asked myself a question that would become my spiritual compass: "Why not?" We lived next door. The cleanup was simple. His joy was priceless. That “yes” deepened our relationship and taught me to reparent myself, to say yes to my own joy.
During my years in mental health care, I learned that people in crisis often need clear boundaries delivered with compassion. This experience shaped how I parent with both empathy and authority, and how I hold space for transformation in my client work. Whether someone is in emotional overwhelm or navigating major life decisions, I create structure with softness.

My Background
My journey spans over 15 years in health and healing, from trauma ICUs to energy work. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing, a BA in Psychology, and certifications in the Akashic Records and Tarot. As someone who spent years suppressing emotions (I couldn't even recognize hunger until my twenties), I understand the journey from disconnection to deep inner knowing.
I'm also the creator of AI wellness companions designed to help women receive soul-level support whenever they need it. These tools blend my understanding of trauma-informed care with accessible spiritual guidance.
